A crown is a dental restoration used when a tooth has been severely decayed, has had a root canal on it, or is broken. Some people call them “caps”. Crowns are made of materials like gold, porcelain, or porcelain fused to a gold substrate for strength and beauty. Starting at: $455

The routine maintenance of your teeth is the foundation to a healthy smile. Periodic cleanings of your teeth ensure that plaque and tartar build-up is completely removed off the surface of your teeth. Deep cleanings are needed when a patient has not had their teeth cleaned for some time as plaque, tartar, and toxins build up under the gums. Sealants are placed on the surface of children’s teeth to prevent bacteria from being harbored in the deep grooves of their teeth. Fluoride is also used to help coat the teeth and prevent bacteria from sticking to the surface of their teeth.
Gum disease is usually caused by plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that constantly forms on teeth. If plaque is not removed with thorough daily brushing and cleaning between teeth, gums become irritated and inflamed. The irritated gum tissue can separate from the teeth and form spaces called pockets. Bacteria move into the pockets where they continue to promote irritation. Left untreated, the process can continue until the bone and other tooth-supporting tissues are destroyed. The early stage of periodontal disease is called gingivitis. It often results in gums that are red and swollen and may bleed easily. Periodic deep cleanings can stop the loss of bone and gum tissue.

Wisdom Teeth & Extractions
A common procedure, the removal of your wisdom teeth and other bad teeth, is done to prevent adverse oral health issues and toothache. Wisdom teeth are commonly removed as they tend to come into the mouth crooked or sideways causing pain or crowding. They also are so far back in the mouth that they are hard to clean and become decayed which causes infection and toothache. It is the best decision for your health to have your wisdom teeth, or any other severely decayed teeth removed to prevent oral infections. Starting at: $95 per tooth, wisdom teeth starting at $175 per tooth
When a cavity has decayed so deep into a tooth that it reaches the nerve, the product is inflammation and infection, resulting in a severe toothache. A root canal is done to remove the infection and exposed nerves which are located in the pulp and roots of the tooth. Once the infection and insides of the roots are cleaned, the dentist fills up the canals with filling material and to support the tooth, places a crown over the tooth. Starting at: $525
Fillings are a white composite or silver amalgam material used to fill in areas of a tooth where the dentist has removed decay from the tooth. We discuss with our patients the benefits of either restoration and always choose the best restoration for their needs. Starting at: $115
